1. Who we are
53CBI Global Mobility ("53CBI", "we", "us") provides advisory services for citizenship by investment, residency by investment and related global mobility programs. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, assessment chat, forms and client portal.

2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact data — name, email address, phone number and country of residence you provide during sign-up, enquiry or assessment.
- Account data — credentials and profile details when you create an account, including sign-in via Google.
- Advisory data — information you share about your nationality, family, budget and objectives so we can assess program eligibility.
- Documents — files you voluntarily upload in the assessment chat or client portal.
- Usage data — pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, device and browser information, collected to improve the service and for security.
3. Google sign-in and Google user data
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile information (name, email address and profile picture) as authorised by you on the Google consent screen. We use this data solely to create and secure your account and to communicate with you about your enquiry or application.
53CBI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide our service, comply with law, or with your consent. You may revoke our access at any time in your Google Account permissions settings.
4. How we use your information
- To assess eligibility and prepare advisory recommendations.
- To respond to enquiries and manage your application process.
- To operate accounts, authentication and the client portal.
- To send service updates and, where you consent, newsletters.
- To meet legal, due diligence and anti-money-laundering obligations.
- To secure our systems and prevent fraud or abuse.
5. Legal bases
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our advisory service, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sharing
We share personal data only with: our authorised advisors and staff; government authorities, licensed agents or program units where required to progress an application you have instructed us on; and service providers that host our platform, deliver email, provide security (such as bot protection) and power the assessment assistant. All providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. We never sell your personal data.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, plus analytics and marketing cookies where you accept them in our cookie banner. Your choice is stored and can be changed at any time by clearing site data in your browser and making a new selection.
8. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to deliver the service and to satisfy legal, tax and due diligence retention requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@53cbi.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
10. Security and international transfers
We apply access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege data policies. Data may be processed in countries other than your own; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer.
11. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We only process a minor's data where it forms part of a family application submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. See also our Terms & Disclaimer.
