4. Eligibility assessments

Any assessment, score or recommendation produced by our website or assistant is preliminary and based on the information you supply. It is not a guarantee of eligibility, approval, processing time or outcome. Program rules, thresholds and fees change without notice.

5. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential.
  • Do not submit false documents or use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these obligations or that fail due diligence checks.

6. Fees

Advisory fees, government fees, due diligence fees and investment amounts are quoted separately and are governed by the engagement letter signed with you. Government and third-party fees are generally non-refundable, including where an application is refused.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, program comparisons and materials on this site are owned by 53CBI and may not be copied or redistributed commercially without written consent.
